Different categories of food are accepted at the shelter. However, there is limited space for storage. It is a good idea to call the shelter ahead of time when planning to donate food. We will likely refer non-perishable food items to a local food pantry.

Prepared Food - This type of food may be made at home and is one in which the clients can eat on the same or next day. It also includes leftovers from events.

Perishable Food - This type may include items that need to refridgerated or put in a freezer to prevent spoiling.
