Inviting your entry for Art Competition @ SPRING FESTIVAL 2019

Hello All,

During this Silver Jubilee Spring Festival celebration, we would like to invite everyone for participating in an Art Competition to display and getting recognized of your valuable talents.

The drawings and paintings (hereby called as exhibit) will be displayed during the event and the audience will be given the opportunity to select the winning exhibit. Towards the end of the event, peoples choice winner(s) will be announced and rewarded on the stage.

Following are the important rules and regulations for participation:

Theme: Silver Jubilee of FOICR

• The maximum size of the exhibit should be 22 inches by 36 inches (any size upto, are allowed in the competition)

• No names / signature of the participant are allowed in the exhibit

• The exhibit should be handed over to Prashant Paranjepe, Parvath Reddy or any of the EC member on or before May 3, 2019 so that we can ensure it is properly displayed at the venue

• Only one vote per the attendees per exhibit are allowed (no duplicate entries please)

• Depending on the number of entries received, winner(s) are selected.

• No restriction on the age group.

• EC members will not have the right to vote

• Exhibits from BOTH MEMBERS as well as NON-MEMBERS are accepted

• NOTE : Decision from EC will be final
