FOICR GBM and Children's day celebration on 6th December 2014

This email is officially inviting nominations for the 2015 Executive Committee (EC) members. For the committee, 11 members will be elected. The current president will be in the 2015 EC as past president. Each EC member's tenure is one year and they are responsible for running the organization.

FOICR has played an exceptional role in actively promoting and representing our community in various events, which helps the community in many aspects. We are continuously striving to participate in various VOLUNTEER activities and community events within Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas to increase the awareness of our rich Indian culture & heritage. You will have a great OPPORTUNITY to showcase your skills - whether it is leadership skills, communication skills, public relations, people management, project management, event management, funds management, web design, presentation skills, volunteer coordination, fund raising, etc.

Would you or someone you know, who is a current member of FOICR, like to be a part of FOICR EC? Please consider joining 2015 EC to help FOICR grow and to better serve us all. Please send in your nominations (see attached form) by December 6th, 2014before the GBM starts. The nomination form will need to be sent to the Election Committee Chair or to any of the Nomination Committee members mentioned below. Please refer to FOICR by-laws before you submit your nomination
