We are celebrating the Fall Festival on November, 12th 2016.

FOICR EC is inviting you to perform and showcase your talents in Fall Fest 2016.

(Venue: Jefferson High School, Cedar Rapids, IA)

Note: Once we receive enough entries, participant entry form will not accept additional entries.
